BW Nets is an indoor cricket training facility offering bookable net sessions, memberships, and coaching sessions.
By booking or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
BW Nets reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, or in person.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking, in person or online, unless otherwise arranged
Bookings are subject to availability.
Each booking grants use of one net for the specified time slot.
Users must arrive at least 10 minutes before their session begins. Late arrivals will not receive extra time.

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before your booking can be rescheduled once at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session or fee.
In the unlikely event that BW Nets needs to cancel or reschedule, customers will be offered an alternative session or a refund.

Membership packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sessions included in a membership must be used within 30 days of purchase.
Members can book sessions in advance based on availability.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions (under 12 hours) will count as used.
BW Nets may offer special member-only discounts or promotions at its discretion.

All players must wear appropriate sportswear and footwear (no spikes).
Helmets and protective gear are strongly recommended when using the bowling machines. No helmet, no play.
Players use the facility and equipment at their own risk.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
No beverages, alcohol, or smoking is allowed to be taken inside the facility.
Please treat all equipment with care. Any intentional damage may result in repair or replacement fees.

BW Nets will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the facility.
All users are required to follow staff instructions at all times for safety reasons.
A safety briefing will be provided before using the bowling machines.
BW Nets reserves the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

Personal information collected for bookings or memberships is used only for communication and record-keeping purposes.
BW Nets will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
