Refund Policy

At BW Nets, we value our customers and aim to provide flexibility where possible. Refunds will be issued in person (cash only) and only for valid reasons as determined by management.

 

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

 

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as power outages, equipment failure, or safety concerns), BW Nets reserves the right to reschedule sessions or provide refunds at our discretion.
